Any communication after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered. RDC offers its own customers an easy and quick return process, freeing the customer from the procedures related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is an optional and paid service. This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the returned item or items. If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free.

All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for defects in conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use, and installed professionally. In the event that a different product was delivered due to a mere material error, you will have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you report the issue no later than five days from the receipt of the same product.
