RDC ships throughout Europe, excluding: Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Malta, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Additionally, we do not ship to French Overseas Regions and Territories (PTOM). Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United Kingdom are 4-5 working days, starting from the moment the shipment is collected by the carrier.

For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days. Even if the packaging is intact, goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered. RDC offers its customers an easy and quick return process that frees the customer from the steps related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is an optional and paid service.

This amount will be deducted from the refund value for the returned item or items. If the reason for the return is due to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased is delivered, you will have the right to obtain a replacement for the product, provided that you communicate the issue no later than five days from the receipt of the same product.
