Additionally, we do not ship to French overseas territories (PTOM). Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United Kingdom are 4/5 working days, counted from the moment the shipment is picked up by the carrier. For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days. Even if the packaging is intact, goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after the above deadlines will not be considered.

RDC offers its own customers an easy and quick return process, which frees the customer from the procedures related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is optional and chargeable. This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the returned item or items. If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free.

All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a different product from the one ordered and purchased is delivered, you will have the right to obtain a replacement for the product, on the condition that you report the issue no later than five days from the receipt of that same product.
