Any communication after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered. RDC offers its own customers an easy and fast return process, which relieves the customer of the steps related to returning purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is an optional and paid service.

This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the returned item(s). If the reason for the return is due to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided that the product is used correctly, according to its intended purpose, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased is delivered, you have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you communicate the problem within five days of receiving that same product.
