For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt.

Any communication after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered. RDC offers its customers an easy and quick return process, freeing the customer from the procedures related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is an optional and paid service.

This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the returned item or items. If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, using the Return Service is free. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for conformity defects, provided the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased was delivered, you will have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you communicate the problem no later than five days from the receipt of that same product.
