If the reason for the return is attributable to the supplier, the use of the Return Service is free. All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for defects in conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased is delivered, you have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you communicate the issue within five days from the receipt of the same product.
