For items you return through customs, it is necessary to provide an exact purchase price and an exact description of each item you wish to return. When filling out a return declaration form, make sure the information you enter is correct. If the information does not match the original invoice for your order, the items will be returned to you.
All items you return must be sent to the same address they were received from and under the same buyer’s name.
In case of non-compliance, the items will not be processed by customs and we cannot issue any refund. We can only refund the original price of the item.

For this reason, it is best to use tracking when returning items. No refund will be issued if items are held or lost at customs.
