A: Unfortunately, we do NOT provide these unlock codes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have these electronic parts unlocked by a professional auto garage.

Q: Do you offer an EXPRESS shipping option?

A: Yes, we can provide EXPRESS shipping. Please tell us your country and postal code so we can calculate the shipping cost.

A: If the items are stored in the same warehouse and the last code in the title contains the same three letters (for example, the letters RAG in the code RAG12345), we can combine several items into one shipment. Let us know which items you are interested in and we will take care of the rest.

Q: Is there any warranty on the purchased item?

A: We offer a 30-day return warranty on all your purchases. The buyer has the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, as sent by us.

Returns due to our fault (the part does not work or does not match the description) will be fully refunded, and we will cover the shipping costs.
