A: Unfortunately, we do NOT provide these unlock codes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have these electronic parts unlocked by a professional auto garage.
The item must be returned in its original condition, as sent by us. Returns due to our fault (the part does not work or does not match the description) will be fully refunded, and we will cover the shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for island deliveries, for example the Canary Islands, or for hard-to-reach/remote areas.
