A: If you placed your order less than ONE HOUR ago and it has not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request (Purchase History > More actions > Cancel this order). Otherwise, the order may not be canceled because it may already have been sent.
Q: Do you provide PIN/CODES for radios/CD players or ECU electronic control units?
A: Unfortunately, we DO NOT provide these unlock codes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have these electronic parts unlocked by a professional auto repair shop.
Q: Do you offer an EXPRESS shipping option?
A: Yes, we can provide EXPRESS shipping. Please send us your country and postal code so we can calculate the shipping cost.
A: If the items are stored in the same warehouse and the last code in the title contains the same three letters (for example, the letters RAG in the code RAG12345), we can combine several items into one shipment.

Q: Is there any warranty on the purchased item?
A: We offer a 30-day return warranty on all your purchases.
The buyer has the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, as we sent it. Returns due to our fault (the part does not work or does not match the description) will be fully refunded, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Additional charges may apply for island deliveries, e. the Canary Islands, or remote/hard-to-reach areas.
Please contact us before buying the item if your address is in one of these areas.
All items will be delivered within 1-2 business days after customs clearance. If you have not received your item after 30 days, please contact us so we can help locate the missing parcel.
