If you have any doubts or problems regarding the item or shipping, please contact us before leaving negative feedback or requesting a return for "item not as described." We will resolve any issue as quickly as possible. RDC ships throughout Europe, excluding: Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Malta, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Additionally, we do not ship to French overseas territories (PTOM).

Delivery times for France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United Kingdom are 4/5 working days, counted from the moment the carrier takes over the shipment. For shipments to other European countries, delivery times are 5-8 working days. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any communication after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered.

RDC offers its customers a simple and quick return process, which frees the customer from the procedures related to the return of purchased items for which they have decided, for any reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Return Service is optional and paid. This amount will be deducted from the value of the refund for the item or items returned. If the reason for the return is the supplier's fault, the use of the Return Service is free.

All products sold by RDC are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty for defects in conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use, and installed professionally. In the event that, due to a simple material error, a product different from the one ordered and purchased was delivered, you have the right to obtain a replacement of the product, provided that you communicate the problem no later than five days from the receipt of that same product.
